general
– I reserve the right to post any of the drawings that I have created on social media.
– The turnaround time may span from 1 to 3 months, depending on what kind of commission it is, my workload, and how detail it requires. (PNGtuber commissions usually take 3 months.)
– You are free to send as many reference photos for your commission, as well as a description of what you want. (You can be as specific as you wish.)
– Do not claim you created the image, please credit me if you decide to post it anywhere by @'ing my social media handles.
– If you are not sure on the specifics you want for a commission, there may be an drafting fee if I decide it is needed. (Drafting fee costs depend on what is being drafted.)

payment
– I only accept Ko-Fi payments in the form of tips. These are non-refundable.
– There is an 5% administrative fee.
– A down payment of 75% of the full price is required in order to start the commission process (e.g. commission price is $45, you would pay $33.75 in order for me to begin the commission process).
– If you are using anything on a platform where you make money, it falls under "monetization". So if you want to use it for social media of your brand, it falls under "monetization" (this includes YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
– Commercial prices (streaming assets, merch, etc.) are charged an a percentage of the base price. (e.g. base price is $45, you wish to use the image for commercial purposes, I charge 1.75x of the base price, meaning you would pay $78.75 in total.)
– Merch percentage prices are different than streaming assets percentages. Feel free to inquire further if you want a commercial use illustration created.

process
– Everything I will send will have my watermark until the final work.
– I will send sketches throughout the whole process.
– The first sketch will be a rough idea of what I believe you want; I will adjust it accordingly and send another sketch. I will continue doing the sketch step until you are happy with the direction I am heading in.
– The second sketch will have rough colors. Again, I will adjust it accordingly until you are happy, and then, once we agree on the second sketch, I will begin the final draft of the illustration.

revisions
– Once the final draft has been worked on, I will not take any major revision requests since I had the plenty of sketching drafts in order to optimize time.
The terms below are in reference to the final drafting process.
– If I do any minor changes, I will send an updated WIP (work in progress with watermark).
– If you do want to change anything major, you will need to pay an additional fee of 0.75x of the base price in full before I make that change.
– If you want a complete change of subject, or I feel like it's just a new image you're requesting, you will need to pay 2x the base price in order to make up for the used time on the previous drawing I was working on.

Comes with:
– Person illustrated from hip and above
– Basic background (simple pattern or solid color).
b. full-body
Comes with:
– Maximum 3 trinkets (e.g. in photo: 2 clouds and 1 ribbon count)
– Detailed clothing
– Little decorations (e.g. in photo: stars and circles )
– Solid background color
c. emotes
There are bundles for sets,
every five emotes you commission (it caps at 15%):
– 5 emotes = 5%
– 10 emotes = 10%
– 15 emotes = 15%
– 20 emotes = 15%
d. animal full-body
Comes with:
- 1 trinket (bag or head accessory (e.g. bows))
- no clothes
– Little decorations (not pictured in photo)
ii. words
Can do:
– Cursive
– Block Letters
– 3D Block Letters
